Of all of the posters so far this one is the most disturbing! With your pieces though I suppose that's a good thing! 
I'm not sure I have any idea what's going on in this picture. However, since I'm trying not to even allow my artistic brain to start picturing the actual scenes from this movie that could be the problem. All I'm seeing is an altered version of the "squeal like a pig" scene from Deliverance. What can I say? A fat man in a pair of tighty-whiteys does that somehow.
